摘    要:目的:观察加味大柴胡汤对高胆固醇饲喂的家兔(AS)形成及C反应蛋白的影响。方法:制作大耳白兔AS模型,10周后进行血脂、C反应蛋白检测、病理检查。结果:大柴胡汤治疗组血脂水平,AS斑块程度,C反应蛋白(CRP)均较动脉粥样硬化对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:提示大柴胡汤具有抗AS作用,加味大柴胡汤能预防高胆固醇饮食家兔动脉粥样硬化形成的机制与降低炎症标志物CRP相关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of DCHD on the AS forming and serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein level in aortic of the Rabbits model with AS.Methods:Atherosclerotic rabbit model fed by high cholesterol was established.After 10 weeks,the following variables were measured:HE staining of rabbit aorta,serum level of TC.TG.HDL-C.Apo-A.Apo-B.hs-CRP.Results:Compared with the AS model group,the thickness of plaques was reduced significantly and the level of serum lipid and hs-CRP were significantly lower in DCHD group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The anti-atherogenic effects of DCHD seems to be closely involved in decreasing serum lipid and hs-CRP levels.
