卵巢癌患者手术治疗前后血清sE-cad、P-selectin和CA125检测的临床意义

目的:观察卵巢癌手术治疗前后,血清可溶性上皮钙黏蛋白(sE-cad)、可溶性P选择素和CA125水平的变化.方法:应用放免法测定32例卵巢癌患者血清CA125含量,酶联法测定血清sE-cad、P-选择素含量,并与35例正常人组做比较.结果:卵巢癌患者在手术前血清sE-cad、P-选择素和CA125水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P＜0.01).手术治疗后6个月复发者sE-cad、P-选择素和CA125水平持续异常,未复发者sE-cad、P-选择素和CA125水平恢复正常.结论:血清sE-cad、P-选择素和CA125水平的变化与卵巢癌患者的病情和预后密切相关,有一定的临床实用价值.

Clinical Significance of Determination of Changes of Serum sE-cad, P-selectin and CA125 Levels After Operatin in Patients with Ovarian Cancer

Objective To investigate the changes of serum sE-cad, P-Selectin and CA125 levels after operation in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods Serum CA125 (with RIA), sE-cad, P-Selectin levels (with ELISA) were measured in 32 patients with ovarian cancer both before and 6 months after operation as well as in 35 controls. Results Before operation, serum sE-cad, P-Selectin and CA125 levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls (P<0.01). Twenty-two of the 30 patients underwent operation showed no sign of recurrence at 6 months after operation and their sE-cad, P-Selectin and CA125 levels dropped to within normal range. However, in the 8 patients with recurrence, serum levels of sE-cad, P-Selectin and CA125 remained abnormally high. Conclusion Serum sE-cad, P-Selectin and CA125 levels were closely related to the diseases process of ovarian cancer and were of prognostic values.
