| 甲氰咪呱和五肽胃泌素对大鼠缺血再灌注胃损伤的影响 | |

| 摘 要： | 观察缺血再灌注大鼠胃酸分泌的变化，以及甲氰咪呱和五肽胃泌素对缺血再灌注胃损伤的影响。结果表明：①缺血期及再灌注期胃酸分泌均明显低于缺血前（Ｐ＜０．０５）；②缺血前肌注甲氰咪呱明显降低缺血再灌注胃粘膜损伤（Ｐ＜０．０５）；③再灌注开始时注射甲氰咪呱明显加重胃粘膜损伤（Ｐ＜０．０５），而五肽胃泌素则对胃损伤具有明显的保护作用（Ｐ＜０．０５）。 |

| Abstract: | The gastric secretion and the effects of cimetidine and pentagastrin on is-chemia-reperfusion induced gastric injury were observed in ischemia-reperfused rats. The re-sults demonstrated that①The gastric secretion in both the ischemia and reperfusion periodsmarkedly decreased(P<0.05) in comparision with that in pre-ischemia;②Cimetidine inject-ed prior to ischemia significantly attenuated the ischemia-reperfusion induced gastric ulcera-tion(P<0.05) while pentagastrin showed a reverse effect (P<0.05);③Cimetidine injectedat the onset of reperfusion aggravated the gastric injury induced by ischemia reperfusion(P<0.0),and pentagastrin,on the contrary,offerd protection from the same kind of injuryP |
