| 摘 要： | [目的]提高卫生行政处罚文书质量。[方法]运用质量评价指标体系对上海市徐汇区2002—2004年1 499份卫生行政处罚文书制作现状调查数据进行分析处理,了解卫生行政处罚文书制作中存在的主要问题,分析产生这些问题的根源性原因[结果]提出提高卫生行政处罚文书质量的对策。[结论]建立卫生行政处罚文书质量评价指标体系是提高文书质量的基本对策。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To improve the quality of the documents of health administrative punishments. [ Methods] By using the quality rating indicator the present situation of the 1499 documents of health administrative punishments from 2002 to 2004 in Xuhui District Shanghai were investigated and the basic causes of existing or poten- tial problems were analyzed. [ Results] Measures to improve the quality of documents were found. [ Conclusion] To improve the quality of the documents, the essential solution is to set up quality rating indicator system. |
