摘    要:
结合我国卫生事业改革及医疗市场发展的实际需要,对国内外诸多数理统计定量分析方法进行实际运用和整合重组,建立起一整套适合医院科学管理的数理统计方法组合和与之相配套的评价指标体系,依据现有病案信息网络数据库对医院医疗、护理及医技等工作进行全方位、多层面、不同形式、不同时期准确、客观的综合评价、动态分析和发展预测。依据研究结果,提出并制定诸多辅助医院科学管理的合理化建议和可行性方案,为医院可持续发展提供理论保障。

Abstract:
Combined with the practical requirements of health protection reform and the development of medical market, through practical application and integration restructuring of many statistical quantitative analysis methods in domestic and foreign, we have established a set of evaluation index system matched with the statistical methods and the scientific management of the hospi- tal. According to the medical records information network database to conduct all- round, multi - level, different forms, different period of accurate, objective evaluation, dynamic analysis and development forecast to the medical treatment, nursing and medical work of the hospital. According to the research results, put forward some auxiliary rationalization proposal and the feasible program for the scientific management of the hospital, thus provide theoretical support for sustainable development of hospital.
