电击伤致呼吸心脏骤停11例临床分析

摘    要:
目的探讨电击伤致呼吸心脏骤停的治疗策略。方法对1999年-2010年收治的11例电击伤致呼吸心脏骤停的病例进行回顾性分析,并结合文献进行讨论。结果 11例电击伤致呼吸心脏骤停的患者经积极的心肺脑复苏治疗后,6例治愈,2例复苏成功后放弃治疗自动出院,3例治疗无效死亡,治愈率54.4%。结论电击伤致呼吸心脏骤停是急诊科的危重症,尽快、持久地采取有效的心肺脑复苏,同时积极进行高压氧治疗,对于患者的复苏成功及治愈起着关键作用。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the treatment strategy of the cardiac and respiratory arrest secondary to the electrical injury. Methods 11 cases of the cardiac and respiratory arrest secondary to the electrical shock were analyzed retrospectively, and discussed combined with literatures. Results After the prompt cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation, 6 cases in 11 were cured, 2 cases were successfully revived but gave up following treatment, 3 cases were dead and cure rate was 54.4%. Conclusions The cardiac and respiratory arrest secondary to the electrical shock is a severe medical case. Therefore, the timely and enduring cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation and the reasonable application of hyperbaric oxygen are playing key points to the successful revive and cure.
