| 摘 要： | 以我国公立医院公益程度的发展演变为研究脉络,利用决策树分析原理,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面分析我国公立医院公益性日益弱化的影响因素,以此探讨构建我国公立医院公益性实现程度的理论分析框架和测量模型,旨在为加快推进我国公立医院改革寻求突破点和决策参考。

| Abstract: | This paper uses development history of public benefits of the public hospitals in China as the research context. It discusses the influence factors of the public benefits of public hospitals from the macro, medium, micro levels with decision tree analysis theory. The theoretic analysis framework and measurement model of the public benefits of public hospitals were set up. It aims to seek the breakthrough and decision support for speeding up China＇s public hospitals reform. |
