有暴力行为的精神分裂症病人心理防御机制分析

目的研究有暴力行为的精神分裂症病人的心理防御机制特点。方法采用《防御方式问卷》(DSQ),对78例有暴力行为的精神分裂症病人在病情稳定期进行测评,并与68例无暴力行为的精神分裂症病人进行比较分析。结果有暴力行为的精神分裂症病人不成熟防御机制、投射、被动攻击、潜意显现、反作用形成、隔离、否认评分显著高于对照组,压抑显著低于对照组。投射、被动攻击、潜意显现是暴力行为发生的危险因素。压抑是暴力行为的阻遏因素。结论有暴力行为的精神分裂症病人较多地应用不成熟的防御机制,提示不成熟的防御机制可作为暴力行为发生的一项预测指标。

An analysis on the psychological defense mechanism in schizophrenic patients with violence behaviors

Objective:To investigate the character of the schizophrenic patients' defense mechanism who have violence behaviors.Methods:78 schizophrenic patients who had violence behavior when they were stable and 68 schizophrenic patients who had no violence behavior were tested by the Defense Style Question (DSQ).The data obtained from two groups were compared.Results:The DSQ score of the schizophrenic patients who had violence behavior was significantly higher than the contrast group on the side of the immature styles,e.g,projection,passive-aggressive,unknown present,reaction formation,isolation,denial.The score of repression was significantly lower than the contrast group.The results show that projection,passive- aggressive,unknown present are dangerous factors of violence behaviors.Repression is negative factors of dangerous factors of violence behaviors by Logistic Multivariate Analysis.Conclusion:The defense styles of schizophrenic patients who have violence behavior tend to be immature.It indicates immature defense styles can be a precognition index.
