| 摘 要： | 目的 观察母牛分枝杆菌疫苗(即微卡苗)对机体体液免疫的影响?方法 测定PPD强阳性者注射微卡苗前?后12周,服异烟肼前?后血清IgG抗体OD值并进行对比分析?结果 注射微卡苗前?后12周血清抗体水平明显升高(P<0.01)阳性率由25%上升为80%?服药组?对照组抗体水平治疗前?后无差异?结论 注射微卡苗可提高机体的体液免疫水平,对于结核病的发生可能有预防效果,比服药更安全?易于控制? |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of Mycobacterium vaccae on the humoral immunity of the PPD positive case.Methods The serum antibodies to IgG of the PPD positive cases were measured before and after Mycobacterium vaccae being injected(12weeks).The serum antibodies of another group were also measured before and after taking 6 months INH.The OD value of them was compared.Result At the 12 weeks after injecting Mycobacterium vaccae the OD value of IgG is higher than that before ( P<0.01) .The positive rate is from 25%to 80%.While those who taking INH have no change.Conclusion The increasing of IgG after M.vaccae injection shows that it can boost human beings humoral immunity.It may be better to prevent tuberculosis than that of taking medicine. |
