| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肠内置管治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效。方法 回顾1998年1月～2004年1月接受小肠内置管治疗56例患者的病历资料，并进行随访。结果 随访时间为8个月～6年。治愈率为92．9％，早期并发症为切口感染、腹腔脓肿及肺部感染。结论 小肠内置管排列术是治疗复发性粘连性肠梗阻的安全有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of intestinal intubation plication(IIP) for adhesive obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 56 patients undergone IIP between 1998~2004. were analysed retrospectively. All cases were followed up.Results The follow-up ranging from 8 months to 6 years showed the cure rate was 92.9%. The early complications included wound infection, intraabdominal abscess and pneumonia. Conclusion IIP is an effective and safe method for recurrent adhesive intestinal (obstruction.) |
