| 摘 要： | 目的:评价改良腓肠肌腱膜翻转修复急性闭合性跟腱断裂的手术疗效.方法:对46例跟腱断裂的患者行手术治疗,手术方法采用改良腓肠肌腱膜翻转修复断裂的跟腱,术后进行康复训练.结果:46例患者均获得随访,随访时间1年以上,平均18个月.根据Amer-Lindbolm评分标准对治疗效果进行评价,患者评价结果:优41例,良4例,差1...

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate therapeutic effects of improved gastrocnemius tendon flap rotation in the management of acute closed Achilles tendon ruptures.Methods:A total of 46 cases of acute closed Achilles tendon ruptures were treated with improved gastrocnemius tendon flap rotation,rehabilitation trainings were done after operation.Results:The patients were followed up for 1 to 3 years(average 18 months).Therapeutic effects were estimated according to Amer-Lindholm criteria,and the results were excellent in 41 cases,good in 4 cases and bad in 1 case.The rate of excellence and goodness was 97.8%.Conclusion:Improved gastrocnemius tendon flap rotation has satisfactory effects on acute closed Achilles tendon ruptures. |
