| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫腺肌病后对患者性功能的影响.方法:选择因子宫腺肌病放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统的患者40例,采用国际女性性功能评估量表评价患者治疗前1月、治疗后6月、治疗后12个月性功能情况.结果:35例患者顺利完成随访,随访率87.5%.与治疗前比较,治疗后12个月患者性功能各项指标均明显改善,... |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the changes of sexual function of patients with adenomyosis after the treatment of Levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system.Methods:The female sexual function of forty patients with adenomyosis after LNG-IUS impantation was assessed by Brief Index of Sexual Function for Women(BISF-W) one month before treatment,6 and 12 months after treatment.Results:Thirty-five patients were successfully followed up,and the follow-up rate was 87.5%.Not until 12 months after treatment,the sexual function improved significantly.Conclusion:Levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS) treatment has significant effect on sexual functional recovery in patients with adenomyosis. |
