摘    要:目的探讨战备消毒包在漳州、重庆和拉萨地区自然环境中的储存时限及细菌来源。方法准备双层棉布手术敷料包、器械包、敷料器械混合包,预真空压力蒸汽灭菌后分别存放在自然环境战备仓库储存箱内,分别于灭菌后不同时限点随机取3种规格消毒包各3个进行细菌培养;同时对战备仓库空气、储存箱进行取样培养,并进行细菌同源性分析。结果灭菌消毒包储存时限漳州地区24d、重庆地区40d、拉萨地区91d;三地区战备消毒包、仓库空气和储存箱优势菌属为革兰氏阳性杆菌和球菌:消毒包内培养出的细菌与空气、储存箱分离出来的同种菌种不同菌株之间的16SrRNA-23SrRNA转录间隔区和ITS位置互换(Internal Transcribed Spacer,ITS)序列相似性漳州地区为98%~99%、重庆地区为97%~100%、拉萨地区为99%~100%。结论不同地区战备消毒包的储存环境对其储存时限具有重要的影响作用,战备消毒包内细菌来源于空气。

Abstract:Objective To study the expiration time and origin of bacteria for the readiness sterile packages reserve in inland littoral and highland region under natural environment. Method Prepared operation dressing package, apparatus package as well as dressing and apparatus mixed package with double-cotton was deposited in readiness storage boxes under natural environment after pulsing vacuum steam sterilization. Three of every kind of packages were put in a stor- age boxes and taken for bacterial culture at different time-points. Meanwhile, the bacteria strains in combat readiness warehouse" air and in the storage boxes were cultured and performed with homology analysis. Result Expiration time of readiness sterile packages is 24 d in Zhangzhou region, 40 d in Chongqing region and 91 d in Lhasa region. In three regions, the major bacteria were G^+ bacilli and G^+ staphylococe in readiness sterile packages, combat readiness warehouse "air and storage boxes. In Zhangzhou, Chongqing and Lhasa, the 16SrRNA-23SrRNA ITS sequences of bacteria strains in sterile packages shared about 98 - 99 %, 97% - 100% and 99%- 1000% homology with which between the air bacteria strains in combat readiness warehouse and the storage boxes respectively. Conclusion The storage envi ronment is the most influential role on expiration time of readiness sterile packages. The bacteria in sterile packages of strategic reserve came from the air of combat readiness warehouse.
