| 摘 要： | 目的探讨青岛市肺癌发生的主要相关因素,为制定肺癌的防治措施提供依据。方法对青岛市106例原发性肺癌进行1:1配对病例对照研究,通过条件Logistic回归单因素分析和多因素分析筛选主要相关因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,肺结核、生活压力、烟熏食品、煎炸食品、厨房油烟以及吸烟史为肺癌的危险因素(P0.10),保护性因素有常吃蔬菜、心情愉快及喜欢热闹(P0.10)。多因素分析结果表明,厨房油烟、烟熏食品、生活压力和吸烟史可能是肺癌的主要危险因素,OR(95%CI)分别为3.595(2.231～5.793),2.012(0.887～4.567),2.398(1.470～3.913)和2.677(1.039～6.902);喜欢热闹(OR=0.292,95%CI:0.174～0.490)可能是保护性因素。结论厨房油烟、烟熏食品、生活压力和吸烟史可能是青岛市居民肺癌发生的主要危险因素。 |
