鼻渊舒口服液联合超短波治疗急性鼻窦炎临床观察

目的 探讨鼻渊舒口服液联合超短波治疗急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 将确诊为急性鼻窦炎的l36例患者随机分成观察组76例和对照组60例。观察组给予鼻渊舒口服液口服，同时配合五官科超短波局部理疗，对照组给予罗红霉素片和开瑞坦片口服，比较两组疗效。结果 一个疗程结束后观察组和对照组的痊愈率分别为63．16％和46．67％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），两个疗程结束后两组差异更加明显（P〈0．005）。治疗期间，未发现不良反应。结论 鼻渊舒口服液联合超短波治疗急性鼻窦炎起效快，疗程短，避免了抗生素的不良反应，值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on combined therapy with the Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid and ultrashortwave on acute sinusitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of a combined therapy with the Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid and ultrashortwave on acute sinusitis.Methods 136 patients with acute sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups.Those in the treating group(TG)were given the Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid and ultrashortwave,and those in the controlling group(CG) were treated by antibi- otics as control.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after one and two course respectively following the treatment.Result The curative rate of TG was 63.16% after one course,significantly higher than that of CG(46.67%),moreover,differences between the two groups were much more significance(P < 0.005). Conclusion The combined therapy with the Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid and ultrashortwave could make the course of treatment much shorter.It is an effective and no side-effect method for treatment of acute sinusitis.
