| 摘 要： | 目的探讨股癣患者就诊前用药的情况。方法就诊时采用口头方式随机调查，并将使用外用药的情况分为A、B、C、D、E5类逐一进行登记。结果178例股癣患者有153例（85．96％）诊前使用外用药治疗，其中有31例加用口服药。只有25例（14．04％）患者未用药并及时就诊。42例病人使用两种及两种以上外用药。使用B类药的患者最多，有83例，占46．63％。有62例（34．83％）使用皮炎平，占所有外用自用药的首位。结论股癣患者就诊前滥用外用药情况严重，医护人员和患者应当引起高度重视。 |
