| 摘 要： | 目的研究抗GP210和抗SP100检测诊断原发性胆汁性肝硬化（PBC）的临床意义。方法采用免疫印迹法检测118例自身免疫性肝病患者血清抗GP210和抗SP100。结果 71例PBC和47例非PBC患者两抗体阳性率无显著性差异;在PBC患者,抗GP210、抗SP100和两抗体同时阳性诊断的特异性分别为40.2%、76.6%和82.4%,敏感度分别为26.8%、11.2%和10.2%;不同病理分期PBC患者血清抗体阳性率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论抗GP210和抗SP100的检测并不能提高诊断PBC的效能。
