食管间质瘤并发食管支气管瘘1例

胃肠道间质瘤是一类发病率相对较低的肿瘤,其发生部位不仅限于胃肠道,而且还可发生于胰腺、肠系膜、网膜等部位。食管可发生与胃肠道组织学和免疫组化特征相同的间质瘤,该类肿瘤容易与食管平滑肌瘤混淆,但由于二者在临床病理学和分子生物学上具有不同的特征,因此应将二者区分开来。我科在结合临床特点、免疫组化特征及手术探查结果分析的基础上确诊1例食管间质瘤并发食管支气管瘘的病例,到目前为止这方面的文献报道较少。

Esophageal Stromal Tumor Complicated with Esophagobronchial Fistula:One Case Report

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs) are a kind of tumors with comparatively low incidence.GISTs arise not only in stomach and intestines but also occur in the pancreas,mesentery and omentum,etc.Stromal tumor can also occur in esophagus,which is consistent with GISTs with respect to histological and immunohistochemistry features.Esophageal stromal tumor is prone to be confused with esophageal leiomyoma;however,the characteristics in clinical pathology and molecular biology are different from each other,so we should make differentiation between them.One case of esophageal stromal tumor complicated with esophagobronchial fistula was reported;the diagnosis is based on clinical features,immunohistochemistry findings and surgical detection;there are few reports in the literatures in respect of esophageal stromal tumor with complications by now.
