| 摘 要： | 以中药蒲责解毒汤和西药西咪替丁（对照组）对比治疗急性胃粘膜病变（ＡＧＭＬ）９１例，疗程４周，并进行了４～２４个月的内镜随访观察。中药组盯例，治愈５１例，好转４例，无变化１例，演变为隆起型５例；对照组３０例，治愈１９例，好转４例，无变化３例，演变为隆起型４例。并通过对患者的幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）的检测表明，蒲黄解毒汤对ＨＰ有抑制作用。动物实验表明该药对吲哚美辛、利血平所致的大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤有明显保护作用．

| Abstract: | 91 cases of patient with acute gastric mucosal lesion (AGML) proved by gastroscopy were diviced into two groups Puhuangjiedu decoction (61 cases)and cimetidine (30 cases)groups. 4-week course and 4-24 month follow-up by gastroscopy were performed. 51 cases of healing, 4 cases of reversion,1 case of nonchange and 5 cases of convex type were foumd in Puhuangjiedu decoction group. But, 19 cases of healing, 4 cases of reversion, 3 cases of nonchange and 4 cases of convex type were found in cimetidine group. Chinese medicine is superior to cimetidine and can control HP and protect the acute gastric munosa damage of rates induced by reserpineand indomethacin. |
