| Abstract: | Dopamine (DA) , norepinephrine (NE) and epinephrine (E) are neuro-transmitters present in the body in very low concentration. Many diseases can induce changes in the concentration of them in tissues and urine. Using HPLC and fluorescence spectrophotometry, their concentration can be directly determined without derivation. The advantages of this method are small sample size and high accuracy. |
