| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜联合宫腔镜行纵隔子宫切开术的术后护理方法,以提高手术效果。方法：对114例不孕症合并纵隔子宫行腹腔镜联合宫腔镜切开子宫纵隔术的患者的术后护理特点和要点进行总结。结果：本组患者均顺利行腹腔镜联合宫腔镜手术,无护理并发症发生。结论：加强对患者术后不适护理及病情监测,可减少其术后痛苦,及早康复。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To investigate the postoperative nursing methods of septate uterus treated by laparuseope combined hysteroscope and in order to improve operative effect. Methods ： 114 infertility patients with septate uterus were treated uterus septum dissection treated by laparoscope and hysteruseope. Their postoperative nursing feature was studied retrospectively. Results： All of patients were successfully performed the operation. There was no nursing complication. Conclusion ：The nursing which included the observation of postoperative complications and nursing of patient＇ s unwell and detection of conditions can reduce patients＇ postoperative . |
