| 摘 要： | 我院自１９９１年８月至１９９７年８月收治心脏穿通伤６例，均行手术治疗，治愈４例，死亡２例，其中１例死于急性肾衰，１例术后脑死亡。我们认为抢救心脏穿通伤的关键在于早期诊断，及时手术。

| Abstract: | 6 cases of trauma of the heart were treated at aLlthor's hospital from August 1991 to august 1997 .allcases were treated surgically. As a result, 4 cases completely recovcred and 2 cases died. On salvaging cardiac perforat-ing wound,it suggest that it's key to make and efinitivc diagnosis as soon as possible,and then to perform an operationtimely. |
