RP-HPLC测定野菊花及其叶中绿原酸的含量

摘    要:目的检测湖南衡阳产野菊花和叶中绿原酸的含量。方法以70%的乙醇为溶剂,用超声法提取野菊花、叶中的绿原酸。以0.04%磷酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为327nm,RP-HPLC测定。结果野菊花中绿原酸含量为0.776%、野菊叶中绿原酸含量为1.894%。结论野菊叶中绿原酸的含量明显高于野菊花。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the contents of indicum L.. Methods Chlorogenic acid from the chlorogenic acid from the leaves and flowers of Chrysanthemum leaves and flowers of Chrysanthemum indicum L. was extracted by the method of ultrasonic extraction with 70% ethanol and analysed by RP-HPLC at the wavelength of 327 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/rain and the mobile phase 0.04% H3PO4-acetonitril with gradient elution. Results The contents of chlorogenic acid from the leaves and flowers of Chrysanthemum indicum L. were 1.88% and 0. 770%, respectively. Conclusion The content of chlorogenic acid from the leaves was higer than those from the flowers of Chrysanthemum indicum L..
