玻璃体切割联合眼内光凝治疗玻璃体积血

目的 探讨玻璃体切割技术联合眼内光凝治疗玻璃体积血的疗效.方法 分析2008年以来安阳市眼科医院263例263眼玻璃体积血行玻璃体切割术联合眼内光凝患者的视力及并发症情况.结果 视功能提高197例、不变66例,术后随访3～ 24个月,平均12个月,197眼(75％)术前与术后视力比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=335.85;P=0.00),术中并发症主要为医源性裂孔,术后并发症主要为前房炎性反应、高眼压、玻璃体再次出血、白内障等.结论 玻璃体切割联合眼内光凝治疗有效地防止了病变继续发展,提高了视力.

Treatment of Vitrectomy Combined with Intraocular Photocoagulation for Vitreous Hemorrhage

Objective To explore the effects of vitrectomy combined with intraocular photocoagulation for vitreous hemorrhage.Methods 263 cases of vitreous hemorrhage from our hospital since 2008,who were carried out with vitrectomy and intraocular photocoagulation,were analysed.Results Visual function of 197 cases was improved,that of 66 patients unchanged.Followed up for 3~24 months,an average of 12 months,visual acuity in 197 eyes(75%) was significantly improved.Visual acuity after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment,the difference was significant(χ2=335.85;P=0.00).Iatrogenic retinal break was the main intraoperative complications after surgery.The major complications included anterior chamber inflammation,high intraocular pressure,vitreous bleeding and cataracts.Conclusion The treatment of vitrectomy combined with intraocular photocoagulation can improve visual acuity of patients and prevent the disease deteriorate effectively.
