| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍自体耳郭软骨皮下筋膜组织复合物在鼻尖整形中的应用方法。方法：应用耳郭软骨皮下筋膜组织复合物对57例就医者实施手术。结果：术后鼻尖塑形满意，无畸形，无并发症发生。结论：应用耳郭软骨皮下筋膜组织复合物可保护鼻尖皮肤，鼻尖塑形满意，值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the method of autologous conchal cartilage and subcutaneous fascia tissue graft in nasal tip plasty.Methods The operations were performed on 57 patients with autologous conchal cartilage and subcutaneous fascia tissue graft technique.Results the effects were satisfactory and there is no complication.Conclusion The autologous conchal cartilage and subcutaneous fascia tissue graft can protect the nasal tip skin and improve the aesthetic effect,this technique is useful in nasal tip plasty. |
