新鲜胚胎与冻融胚胎移植妊娠后自然流产风险的比较

目的比较新鲜胚胎与冻融胚胎移植妊娠后发生自然流产风险性。方法回顾性分析体外受精-新鲜胚胎移植（IVF-NET）397例及单精子卵细胞浆内显微注射-新鲜胚胎移植（ICSI-NET）S4例、冻融胚胎移植（FET）75例助孕共计556个周期的临床资料，比较新鲜胚胎移植（NET）与冻融胚胎移植（FET）妊娠后的早期流产和晚期流产发生率。结果行IVF-NET妊娠者早期流产率为12．93％，ICSI—NET组早期流产率为20．83％，差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0．544，P=0．473），两组晚期流产率差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0．168。P=0．682）。NET组的早期流产率和晚期流产率与肿组相比差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0．078，P=0．780；χ^2=0．000，P=0．994）。结论行IVF-NET妊娠者早期流产率与自然受孕妊娠者的早期流产率相似，行ICSI-NET妊娠者早期自然流产率与行IVF—NET妊娠者无差异，行FEW妊娠者不会增加自然流产的风险。

Comparison of Spontaneous Abortion Risk after Embryo Transfer between Fresh and Frozen-thawed Embryos

Objective To compare spontaneous abortion risk after embryo transfer between fresh and frozen-thawed embryos. Methods Retrospective analysis the data of 397 cases in vitro fertilization-fresh embryo transfer （IVF-NET） ,84 cases within a single sperm mieroinjeetion-fresh embryo transfer （ICSI-NET） and 75 cases frozen-thawed embryo transfer （FET）, a total of 556 treatment cycles. Compared the fresh embryo transfer （NET） and frozen-thawed embryo transfer （FET） of the early post-pregnancy abortion and the incidence of late abortion. Results Pregnancy early abortion rate of IVF-NET and ICSI-NET was 12.93% and 20. 83%, respcetivdy, there was no significant difference （ χ^2 = 0. 544,P = 0. 473 ） ; Late abortion rate between two groups was no significant difference （ χ^2 = 0. 168,P = 0.682）. Early abortion rate of NET and late abortion rate were no significant difference compared with FET （χ^2 = 0. 078 ,P = 0. 780; χ^2 = 0. 000, P =0.994）. Conclusion Early pregnancy abortion rate of IVF-NET is similar to the natural conception; no difference of early spontaneous abortion between ICSI-NET pregnancy and IVF-NET; the pregnancy FET will not increase the risk of spontaneous abortion.
