| 摘 要： | 内脂素是新近发现的一种脂肪细胞因子，其命名、结构、分布、体内的表达调节及体外的检测方法均已研究较清楚。内脂素除具有烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶活性、促炎等生物活性外，其类胰岛素样作用的存在机制一直是目前探讨和研究的重点，由于2型糖尿病及糖尿病肾病的主要发病机制为胰岛素抵抗，使得内脂素与此疾病的相关性研究日渐深入。 |

| Abstract: | Visfatin as a recently discovered adipocytokine, its molecular structure, distribution, regulation of expression, detec- tion method has been increasingly recognized. Visfatin addition nicotinamide ribose transferase activity promoting yandeng biological activity of insulin-like effect of the presence of mechanisms has been a focus of study and research,due to the path- ogenesis of type 2 diabetes （T2DM） and diabetic nephropathy （DN） is insulin resistance,it makes the correlation of visfatin and this disease is increasing depth. |
