人参皂甙对慢性酒精中毒大鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用

用50%白酒制作慢性酒精中毒大鼠模型,分别给大鼠以高、中、低剂量的人参皂甙溶液灌胃,采用三门行走迷路对实验动物的作业记忆进行测试来探讨人参皂甙对酒精慢性酒精中毒大鼠学习记忆障碍是否有改善作用,试验结果表明,人参皂甙高剂量组和人参皂武中剂量组能明显降低大鼠的错误次数,潜伏期明显降低.提示人参皂甙对慢性酒精中毒大鼠学习记忆障碍具有改善作用.

The effect of Ginsenoside on Alcohol-induced Learning and Memory Disruption in Rats

We made models by oral-treatment with 50% alcohol.To investigate the effect of ginsenoside on alcohol -induced learning and memory disruption in rats,the high,middle and low dose groups of ginsenoside are given to the mice and we test the exper imental animals'memories therough the methods of three-panel runway task,With the three- panel runway task,we can know,the error numbers and the latent period,in the high and middle dose groups of ginsenoside,markedly decrease,so We can say ginsenoside can greatly improve the learning memory.
