缺血性脑血管病与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系探讨

目的探讨缺血性脑血管病与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法彩超检测120例缺血性脑血管病患者的颈动脉后壁IMT，观察斑块的有无及形成情况，同期检查100例非缺血性脑血管病患者作为对照组。结果缺血性脑血管病组IMT与对照组差异有显著性（P〈0．01），两组斑块检出率差异有显著性（P〈0．01），颈动脉粥样硬化斑块最常见于颈动脉分叉处（P〈0．05），但左右两侧间差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论缺血性脑血管病患者的颈动脉硬化程度明显重于非缺血性脑血管病患者，彩超技术检测颈动脉粥样硬化对缺血性脑血管病有重要意义。

Relatioinship between ischemic cerebrovascular disease and atherosclerosis of the common carotid artery

Aim To study the relatioinship between ischemic cerebrovascular disease and atherosclerosis of the common carotid artery. Methods Color doppler ultrasonography of the carotid arteries was performed on 120 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. The maximum IMT of the posterial wall at distal common carotid artery and plaques in 120 patients were measured and compared with 100 controls without ischemic cerebrovaseular diseases. Results IMT were significantly increased in ischemie eerebrovascular disease group compared with control subjects（P 〈0.01 ）. The rate of lesion detection was significantly different between two groups（P 〈0.01 ）. The most common site of plaque formation is the bulb of the common carotid artery （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no difference of occurrence rate between left and right （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The severity of atherosclerosis of the carotid artery in ischemic cerebrovaseular disease is higher than control group. Color doppler ultrasonography is an important technique in detecting atherosclerosis of the carotid artery in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
