银屑病的心理社会因素与人格特征分析

目的探讨银屑病发病与复发的心理社会因素及人格特征基础。方法应用社会再适应评定量表与艾森克人格问卷对25例银屑患者进行测试。结果患者组的生活事件单位平均总和、中或重度心理社会因素刺激(sPSE)人数、总SPSE人数、不稳定型、N量表分均显著高于正常组，E量表分显著低于正常组。结论心理社会因素刺激在银屑病的发病与复发中起重要诱发作用，而银屑病人本身的人格特征是发病与复发的原因之一。

Psychosomatic factors and personality feature in patients with psoriasis

[Objective]To study psychosomatic factors and personality feature in patients with psoriasis of episode or relapse. Twenty five patients with psoriasis were assessed by using social readjustment rating scale and eysenck personality questionnaire. The sum of life change units, people with moderate and severe stimulus of psychologic and social elements (SPSE), total people with SPSE, people with non-stability or N scale in patients with psoriasis were higher than those in normal controls. The E scale in patients with psoriasis was lower than that in normal controls. [Conclusion] Stimulus of psychosomatic factors triggers the episode or relapse of psoriasis. The personality feature in patients is the basis of episode or relapse of psoriasis.
