2009—2011年度日照市无偿献血者梅毒抗体阳性率回顾性研究

目的了解日照无偿献血者2009—2011年梅毒感染情况，通过加强对献血者献血前问询和评估，控制梅毒经血液传播，降低梅毒输血感染风险。方法用ELLSA两步法不同厂家试剂检测同一标本，两次检验都有反应性的经TPPA确认判为阳性，利用监测数据对献血者血液检测结果进行分析。结果2009—2011年日照市无偿献血者共69872例，经TPPA确认．2009、2010、2011年梅毒抗体阳性率分别为0．38％、0．33％、0．26％，呈逐年下降趋势。结论梅毒抗体阳性率在日照市无偿献血者申呈逐年下降趋势，经统计分析在年龄、职业、学历和献血次数分布上有显著差异。

The retrospective study of syphilis antibody positive rate of voluntary blood donors from 2009 to 2011 in Rizhao city

Objective To understand syphilis infection in blood donors between 2009 to 2011, through the strengthen blood donors inquir-lying and evaluation before the blood danation, to control the transmission of syphilis by blood, and to reduce the risk of infection syphilis by blood transfusion. Methods ELISA with two-step different manufacturer was used to detect the same specimens, if two inspections are both positive, then TPPA was used to confirm, and the monitoring data of blood test results from blood donors were analyzed. Results The total of 2009-2011 rizhao gratis blood donors 69872 persons, the TPPA confirmation, 2009, 2010, 2011 years of positive of antibody of syphilis are 0.38%, 0.33% , and 0.26%, which is reduced year by year. Couehmion Positive rate of syphilis antibody in rizhao gratis blood donors is reduced year by year, the statistics analysis in age, occupation, education and blood donation distribution number are significantly different.
