氩激光治疗早期Coats病的临床疗效观察

目的探讨氩激光治疗早期Coats病的临床疗效.方法9例患者经眼科临床检查诊断为Coats病,采用氩激光治疗,用蓝绿混合光或纯绿光,功率120～300mw,直径100～500μm,时间0.1～0.3 s,每只眼光凝2～6次,随访3～15个月.结果6只眼视力有不同程度的提高,2只眼视力维持原状,1只眼视力下降;6只眼黄白色渗出完全吸收,3只眼部分吸收;7只眼扩张的毛细血管和微动脉瘤完全消失,2只眼部分消失.结论氩激光治疗早期Coats病效果良好.

Clinical efficacy observation of treatment on Coats disease with argon laser

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of treatment on early stage of Coats disease with argon laser photocoagulation. Methods: Nine patients with Coats disease were diagnosed with ocular examination. The power of laser was from 120~300 mW. The duration of laser was from 0.1 to 0.3 seconds, and the dot of laser was from 100 to 500 um. Each eye was treated from 2 to 6 times respectively. Results: Visual acuity of six eyes increased at different extent, two eyes maintained unchanged, and one eye reduced. Exudation was absorbed completely in six of nine eyes, and was absorbed partly in three eyes. Telangiectasia and aneurysms disappeared in seven of nine eyes and partly disappeared in two eyes. Conclusion: Argon laser photocoagulation is effective in the treatment of early stage of Coats disease.
