补肾对控制性超排卵周期HCG日E2、E2/卵子水平及OHSS的影响

目的：探讨二至天癸颗粒对超排卵周期HCG日E2、E2/卵子水平及OHSS的影响。方法：将66例因输卵管因素行IVF-ET的患者随机分为中药＋控制性超排组（实验组,n=33）和超排组（对照组,n=33）。应用化学发光分析法测定HCG日血清E2、E2/卵子水平,比较两组的中重度OHSS率。结果：中药＋控制性超排组HCG注射日E2及E2/卵子水平显著高于超排组（P〈0.05）;两组中重度OHSS发生率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：二至天癸颗粒能明显提高IVF周期卵巢对超促排卵药物的反应性,而未增加OHSS发生的危险性。

Effect of Erzhi Tiangui Granules on E2/oocyte Level of HCG Administration and OHSS in Patients Undergoing Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation

Objective：To investigate effect of Erzhi Tiangui Granules on E2/oocyte level of HCG administration and OHSS in patients undergoing controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.Method：Sixty-six infertile patients with tubal factors undergoing IVF-ET were divided into two groups at random,33 cases in the study group treated with Erzhi Tiangui Granules and western medicine,and 33 cases in the control group were treated with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist（GnRH-a）and gonadotropin（Gn）alone.Concentrations of E2/oocyte level on the day of HCG administration were detected by chemiluminescence analysis,and the occurring rate of OHSS was evaluated.Results：There was no difference between the combined group and the COH group on OHSS rate（P0.05）,and the E2/oocyte level was significantly higher in the combined group than that in the COH group.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney can promote the response of ovary to control ovarian hyperstimulation in the procedure of IVF,but can not increase the occurring rate of OHSS.
