| 摘 要： | 目的：考察和评价肾骨胶囊治疗肝肾不足、筋脉瘀滞证骨性关节炎临床治疗效果和使用安全性。方法：将患者按1：1比例随机分为试验组和对照组。两组分别应用肾骨胶囊和抗骨增生片,疗程为90 d。比较两组的差异。结果：肾骨胶囊治疗肝肾不足、筋脉瘀滞证的临床疗效肯定,无论从骨性关节炎的治疗,还是肝肾不足、筋脉瘀滞证的改善,特别是对主要症状的改善作用均与对照组的疗效相当,非劣效于抗骨增生片。结论：肾骨胶囊治疗骨性关节炎具有较好疗效,而且临床上有较好的安全性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate and evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Shengu Capsule, which can treat osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods ： The patients in the ratio of 3 ： 1 were randomly divided into experimental group （ Shengu Capsule ） and control group （ Gughukang Granules ）. The difference between the two groups after 90 days was compared. Results ：Shengu Capsule has significant curative effect on osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency and stasis syndrome, particularly on the main symptoms. Shengu Capsul~e and Gughukang Granules have the similar curative effect. Conclusion ： Shengu Capsule has a good curative effect on osteoarthritis, and a good safety in clinic. |
