中药熏蒸与作业疗法改善脑瘫患儿腕关节功能临床观察

目的：观察中药熏蒸与作业疗法相结合治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的腕关节背屈功能的疗效。方法：将30例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为中药熏蒸结合作业治疗组、单纯作业对照组各15例,分别于治疗前后测量3次腕关节主动背屈的角度。结果：治疗1个疗程后,2组患儿腕关节背屈活动度均有扩大,且观察组患儿腕关节活动度的扩大范围明显优于对照组,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：传统疗法中药熏蒸与作业疗法相结合能充分改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的腕关节背屈功能,提高疗效,缩短疗程。

Clinical Observation on Chinese Herbal Fumigation and Occupational Therapy to Improve Wrist Function in Children with Cerebral Palsy

Objective ： To observe the efficacy of the medicine fumigation and occupational therapy on wrist dorsiflexion function in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods ： 30 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into medicine fumigation combined with occupational therapy group and simple operation control group. All cases were measured wrist active dorsiflexion angle before and after treatment. Results ： After a course of treatment, the wrist dorsiflexion activity of two groups children had expanded, and the expanding range of the observed group was superior to that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Medicine fumigation of traditional therapy and occupational therapy can improve the wrist dorsiflexion in children with spastic cerebral palsy, improve the efficacy and shorten the course of treatment.
