CRP、FIB与2型糖尿病并发冠心病相关性研究

目的：探讨CRP、FIB与2型糖尿病并发冠心病相关性。方法：对我院住院的48例糖尿病并发冠心病患者及54例冠心病患者的年龄、性别、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）进行对比分析。结果：两组间性别、年龄、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）无统计学差异。2型糖尿病并发冠心病组CRP、FIB明显高于冠心病组,差异具有统计学意义。结论：在2型糖尿病并发冠心病的过程中,炎症反应及血液高凝状态显著。故血浆CRP及FIB的检测对于临床提示2型糖尿病并发冠心病及判断此类患者预后有重要意义。

Study on Correlation Between FIB CRP and Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective：To study the correlation between FIB, CRP and type 2 diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods： 102 patients were divided into two groups： one group had 54 patients with coronary heart disease, the other had 48 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease. The levels of age, sex, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, CHP and FIB between the two groups were compared. Results ： For age, sex, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C ： there was no difference between the two groups in the items all above. For CRP and FIB ： the group complicated with coronary heart disease was higher than that in the other group. Conclusion ： In the process of type 2 diabetes mellitus, for patients with coronary heart disease, inflammatory response and blood hypercoagulable state are significantly correlated. So the levels of CRP and FIB are useful to prompt type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.
