脑心同治理论在糖尿病患者低血糖症治疗中应用

近年来,随着我国糖尿病发病率逐渐升高,临床上对糖尿病引起的心脑疾病症状的研究越来越多,脑心同治理论也在临床对疾病的治疗上取得了显著疗效。脑心同治以中医脑心同源、脑心同病为依据,提倡中医整体观和异病同治的观念。文章通过在中西医理论上对脑心同治概念的理解,以及糖尿病治疗过程中出现的医源性低血糖症与脑部和心脏之间的关系的理论分析,并结合笔者先前的研究成果,阐述了脑心同治理论在糖尿病患者低血糖治疗中应用的可行性和临床意义。

Application of Co-therapy of Brain and Heart in Traditional Chinese Medicine on Hypoglycemic Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

In recent a few of decades, as the increasing of Diabetes Mellitus （ DM ） in china, more studies were carried out on the cerebral （ brain ） and cardiovascular （ heart ） complications in these diabetic patients. In clinical work, we have achieved significant curative effect in the therapy of brain-heart complications. In the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM ）, the concept of brain and heart is homologous to the methods of modem medicine, in which prevention for brain and heart complications is critical in the therapy of DM. In this review, we revealed the theory of co-therapy on brain and heart during iatrogenic hypoglycemia based on TCM and modem medicine, as well as the author＇s previous studies on the feasibility and clinical significance of the co-therapy. In conclusion, the theory of co-therapy of brain-heart in TCM is coordinate to the modern concept of modulation of brain and heart during hypoglycemia in the DM patients.
