从“饮水试验”分析舌三针和项三针治疗中风后吞咽困难临床疗效

目的：寻找针刺对症治疗中风后假性球麻痹所致吞咽困难的临床有效方法。方法：将60例符合标准的中风后假性球麻痹患者随机分为试验组（常规针刺＋舌三针、项三针组）、对照组（常规针刺组）治疗1个月,对疗效进行观察。结果：试验组及对照组患者的洼田氏饮水试验的临床积分疗效比较均有改善,但试验组疗效更优越于对照组。结论：常规针刺＋舌三针、项三针对症治疗中风假性延髓性麻痹具有明显优势,且突破以往辨证论治过程中主观性所带来的弊端,值得临床推广和应用。

Analysis on Effect of Tongue Three Needles and Nape Three Needles in Treatment of Dysphagia after Stroke by Drinking Test

Objective ： To look for the clinical effective acupuncture method for dysphagia caused by supranuclear paralysis after stroke. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （ conventional acupuncture ＋ tongue three needles and nape three needles group ） and control group （ conventional acupuncture group ） and treated for 1 month. The observation Of curative effect was carried on. Results ： The scores of drinking water test in two groups were both improved, but the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion ： Conventional acupuncture combined with tongue three needles and nape three needles has obvious advantages, and has made breakthrough of the disadvantages of syndrome differentiation before. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
