长期应激刺激对成年大鼠性激素水平细胞免疫功能及脂质过氧化作用的影响

摘    要:
观察了长期电击加低剂量γ射线照射对成年雄性大鼠血浆性激素水平、细胞免疫功能以及肝、脾和脑组织脂质过氧化作用的影响.结果表明,对照组与应激处理组的血浆睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_2)水平、T/E_2比值以及血浆皮质酮水平均无显著差别.电击加照射处理6周及12周均使睾丸重量明显降低,生精功能严重损伤.长期应激刺激后脾淋巴细胞转化率明显降低,迟发型变态反应亦明显抑制.电击加照射处理12周脾、脑匀浆脂质过氧化物显著升高,而肝匀浆却明显下降.

Abstract:
The effects of long-term electric shock plus low dose gamma-ray radiation on plasma sex hormone,cellular immunity and lipid peroxidation of tissues in adult male Wistar rats were studied.No differences in plasma testosterone,estradiol and corticosterone levels were observd between the control and stressed rats.The testis weight was significantly decreased after 6 and 12 weeks stress stimulation,and it was shown that spermatogenesis was heavily damaged by quantitative histological examination.Long-term stress stimulation significantly inhibited spleen lymphocyte transformation and delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH).OD535-520nm of MDA-TBA reaction (measurement of lipid peroxidation product) were significantly increased in spleen and cerebral cortex homogenates after 12 weeks stress treatment,but it was decreased in liver homogenate.These results revealed the wide spread physiological and pathophysiological changes were induced by the stress stimulation,involving the sex gland,immune response and lipid peroxidation.Further work on these parameters is in progress.
