广西壮族自治区三个市县中老年嫖客艾滋病流行病学调查分析

目的 了解中老年嫖客艾滋病相关知识知晓情况、行为特征和艾滋病病毒感染情况,为制定针对性的干预措施提供科学依据.方法 采用方便抽样方法,对广西壮族自治区3个县市中老年嫖客进行匿名问卷调查,并进行采血,检测其HIV、梅毒和丙肝抗体阳性率.结果 共调查了377名中老年嫖客,平均年龄为(61.5±9.3)岁;文化程度以小学为主,占64.5％;艾滋病知识知晓率为62.6％;最近1次与配偶/固定性伴、临时性伴、商业性伴发生性行为时,安全套使用比例分别为5.2％、33.3％、27.8％;艾滋病、梅毒、丙肝抗体检测阳性率分别为4.8％、5.3％、0.0％.结论 中老年嫖客艾滋病性病感染率高,安全套使用率低.应制定有针对性的宣传教育和干预措施,提高其自我保护意识和安全套使用率.

Epidemiological investigation and analysis on AIDS among middle-age and elderly who have commercial sex in 3 cities and counties of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

Objective To understand AIDS knowledge, behavior characteristics and HIV infection among middle- age and elderly who have commercial sex, and provide scientific basis for targeted prevention measures. Methods Convenience sampling was used to investigate the middle-age and elderly who have commercial sex in 3 cities and counties in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. At the same time, blood samples were collected for HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C tests. Results A total of 377 middle-age and elderly with average age of 61.5 ±9. 3 were recruited in this survey. 64. 5% of them were graduated from primary school, 62. 6% of them reached AIDS awareness. The rate of condom use in the last sex with fixed partner/spouse, casual partner and commercial sex partner were 5.2% , 33.3% , and 27.8% , respectively. HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C positive rates among this group were 4. 8%, 5.3%, and 0. 0%, respectively. Conclusions HIV/STD prevalence is quite high among middle-age and elderly who have commercial sex with a low rate of condom using. Targeted publicity and practical intervention measures should be taken for this population to promote their condom use and self-protection.
