汶川大地震颅脑伤员的救治过程中的临床分级管理

目的探讨汶川大地震后短期内大批颅脑损伤伤员救治过程中的临床分级管理的效果。方法对本院汶川大地震抗震救灾医疗队在现场、门诊和住院期间对颅脑损伤伤员实行临床分级管理。并分析其效果。结果实行救治过程中临床分级管理的217例颅脑损伤患者治疗效果令人满意。结论医院各科通力配合，迅速对伤员进行伤情分析判断，并分级管理，能使伤员在第一时间内得到正确、及时的救治。

Clinical managements at different levels of the brain-injured patients in Wenchuan earthquake

Objective To explore the clinical managements at different levels and the effectiveness for a large number of the brain-injured patients in a short period after Wenchuan earthquake. Methods 217 brain-injured patients in Wenchuan earthquake our medical team treated at the scene, out-patient and hospitalization at the scene, out-patient and hospitalization were clinical managed at different levels according their wound situations, and the effective hess of these managements was analyzed. Results All of the brain-injured patients in Wenchuan earthquake managed at different levels had been treated with satisfactory effectiveness. Conclusion By the cooperation of the related hospital departments and the rapid analysis of the wounded, and the clinical managements at different levels, the brain-injured patients could obtain accurate and timely medical treatment at the first time.
