对男性同性爱人群性病艾滋病高危行为的调查及其干预模式探索

目的：调查我国男男性接触者（MSM）性病艾滋病（STD/AIDS）的高危行为，并探讨一种遏制我国MSM，特别是同性爱者中STD/AIDS流行的模式。方法：通过对比干预前后对MSM的高危行为与心理健康状况等的调查结果，分析干预效果。结果：我国的MSM普遍存在易感STD/AIDS的高危行为，根据国情设计的多种医学学科和社会科学学科权威学者和同性爱人群参与的这一干预模式，可以有铲地减少MSM的高危行为并改善其心理健康状况。结论：本文提出的对MSM的干预模式，可以有效地减少MSM的高危行为并改善其心理健康状况。结论：本文提出的对MSM的干预模式，不仅有利于我国MSM的STD/AIDS控制，而且在多个层面上有利于社会发展。

High-risk behaviors related to STD/HIV infection and intervention pattern for male homosexuals

Objectives: To determine the high-risk behaviors related to STD/HIV infection and to formulate an intervention pattern for men who have sex with men (MSM) in mainland, China.Methods: By comparing the results of a survey of the STD/HIV related behaviors and psychological factors of MSM before and after intervention, the effect of intervention was analyzed with SPSS system.Results: MSM had high risk behaviors for STD/AIDS infection. According to our national conditions, the pattern of intervention designed by medical and social authorities and homosexuals may decrease the high risk behaviors and improve the psychological health of MSM.Conclusion: The pattern of intervention is advantageous not only for the control of STD/AIDS of MSM, but also for the social development.
