新生儿病理性黄疸临床治疗探讨

目的本文重点探讨新生儿病理性黄疸的临床治疗。方法根据80例患儿的临床情况和发病因素采用光疗、药物治疗等进行治疗。结果80例病理性黄疸患儿经过光疗和药物治疗后,3d后治愈24例,有效48例,无效8例,总有效率为90％。结论本文中,80例患儿经过光疗和药物治疗后,治疗总有效率较高,治疗方法值得临床参考借鉴。
