E-cadherin在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨E-cadherin在结肠癌中的临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测E-cadherin在68例结肠癌和20例正常结肠组织标本中的表达,分析该蛋白与结肠癌临床病理因素的关系。结果 E-cadherin在结肠癌中的表达水平与肿瘤的浸润深度、组织学分型、分化程度、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期均有关;其中,在粘液癌(印戒细胞癌、粘液腺癌)、低分化、浸及浆膜、有淋巴结转移及处于Dukes C+D期的结肠癌中,E-cadherin表达明显减少(P0.01或0.05)。该蛋白与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位及大小无关(P0.05)。结论 E-cadherin的表达与大肠癌侵袭、转移密切相关;检测E-cadherin对结肠癌的诊疗有一定价值。

Expression of E-cadherin and its clinical significance in colon carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of E-cadherin. Methods Tumor tissues of 68 patients with colon carcinoma and 20 normal colon tissues were detected. Expression of E-cadherin was measured by immuno-histochemical staining in colon carcinoma and normal colon mucous epithelium tissues. And relationship between E-cadherin and some clinical pathological factors was analyzed. Results E-cadherin expression was relevant to histological type, invasion depth, differentiated degree, lymph metastasis and Dukes stage. E-cadherin expression was decreased in mucinous carcinoma （siget-ring cell carcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma）, low differentiation, serosa, lymph metastasis and Dukes stage C and D （P 〈 0. 01 or 〈 0. 05）. There were no relationship between the E-cadherin and age, sex, tumor size and tumor position （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion E-cadherin expression is closely relevant to invasion and metastasis in colon carcinoma. There is important role in diagnosing colon carcinoma by detecting E-cadherin.
