| 摘 要： | 目的研究硒在体外对氧自由基(O.-2)的清除作用。方法采用AP-TEMED比色测定法测定O.-2含量,并计算维生素C和亚硒酸钠对O.-2的清除率。结果随着维生素C和亚硒酸钠浓度的增加,对O.-2的清除率也增加,但亚硒酸钠的清除效果比维生素C差。结论亚硒酸钠在体外对O.-2具有一定的清除作用。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to study the clearance action of Sodium Selenite on oxygen free radical in vitro.Methods The content of oxygen free radical was measured with AP-TEMED colorimetry.The clearance rats of vitamin C and Sodium Selenite on oxygen free radical were computed.Results The clearance rats on oxygen free radical increased when the contents of vitamin C and Sodium Selenite increased,but the clearance effect of vitamin C was better than that of Sodium Selenite.Conclusion Sodium Selenite has some clearance action on oxygen free radical in vitro. |
