摘    要:目的探讨“双语教学”模式在血液内科临床实习中的作用。方法白2002年起在广州市第一人民医院血液内科实习的临床医学本科学生中开展双语交班、双语教学查房及双语“模拟诊疗”教学。结果内科学理论与临床实践及双语教学相结合的教学模式,使实习生能较熟练地运用英语进行内科学知识的学习与交流,最终达到能运用两种思维方式进行学科学习、思考和研究的目的。结论双语教学与临床实践相结合的教学模式对提高学生临床能力和专业英语水平有重要意义,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of bilingual teaching on the internal clinical practice. Methods Bilingual teaching during ward-round has been practiced since 2002. Results The combination of bilingual teaching and clinical practice pattern greatly enhanced the level of medical English in students and promoted their study activity.Meanwhile,and better results have also been achieved in the studying of other subjects. Conclusion Application of bilingual teaching to the internal clinical practice will greatly improve the students' clinical ability and medical English level.It is worthy of popularization.
