针药结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变40例临床观察

目的:观察针刺结合口服中药汤剂治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效。方法:将80例患者按单双号随机分成治疗组40例,予针刺太阳、阳白透鱼腰、攒竹等穴和服用中药“明目五子汤”;对照组40例予静脉滴注维脑路通及口服双密达莫、维生素E,进行对照观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.5％,对照组总有效率为55.0％,疗效相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合中药汤剂有较好疗效,且优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical observation on 40 cases of diabetic retinopathy treated by acupuncture combined with medicine

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with oral administration of Chinese herbal decoction on simple diabetic retinopathy. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group (40 cases) were treated by acupuncture at Taiyang (EX-HN 5), Yangbai (GB 14)-throuth-Yuyao (EX-HN 4), Cuanzhu (BL 2) and others combined with oral administration of Chinese drug Mingmu Wuzi Decoction and the control group (40 cases) were treated by intravenous drip of Venoruton and oral administration of dipyridamole and vita-mine E. Results The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 55.0% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine has a better therapeutic effect on simple diabetic retinopathy as compared with that of simple western medicine.
