清心汤治疗慢性精神分裂症患者的增效作用

目的:探讨清心汤在治疗慢性精神分裂症患者中的增效作用。方法:将80例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(清心汤合并喹硫平治疗)和对照组(单用喹硫平治疗),每组各40例,观察12周,采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和安全性。结果:治疗12周后,研究组显效率(50%)和有效率(90%)高于对照组(30%、75%),PANSS评分较治疗前下降且低于同期对照组(P<0.05),TESS评分同期比较2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清心汤对慢性精神分裂症的治疗有较好的增效作用,没有明显的毒副作用,临床使用安全。

Auxiliary effects of Qingxintang in treatment of the chronic schizophrenia

Objective：To explore the auxiliary effects of Qingxintang in treatment of the chronic schizophrenia.Methods：A total of 80 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly assigned to study groups（treated with Qingxintang combined with quetiapine） and control group（treated with quetiapine alone） for 12 weeks with 40 cases in each group.The positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Side effect Scale（TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects respectively.Results：After 12 weeks,the rates of obvious effects and effects in the study group were 50% and 90%,which were significantly higher than 30% and 75% of the control group.The scores of PANSS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,but no significant difference in TESS scores was observed.Conclusion：Qingxintang is almost toxic free and can be effective auxiliary treatment for chronic schizophrenia.
