摘    要:
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定参雄温阳胶囊中人参的有效成分人参皂苷Rg。和人参皂苷Re的含量。方法:采用Spherisorb C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20:80)为流动相;检测波长为203nm;流速1.0ml·min-1;柱温35℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg1在0.59—11.82μg具有良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.01%(n=9);人参皂苷Re在1.04—20.74μg的范围具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为1.35%(n=9)。结论:本法快速、准确,可同时测定参雄温阳胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re的含量。

Abstract:
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination the contents of ginsenoside Rgl and ginsenoside Re in shenxiong wenyang capsules. Method: A Spherisorb C l8 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5 μm)was used and acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (20: 80) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 203 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1. Result: The calibration curves of ginsenoside RgI and ginsenoside Re were linear within the range of 0. 59-11.82μg (r = 1. 000 0) and 1.04-20. 74 lxg(r =0. 999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 99. 8% , ( RSD = 1.01% , n = 9 ) for ginsenoside Rgi and 98. 7% ( RSD = 1.35 %, n = 9 )for ginsenoside Re. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and the result is reliable.
