健康教育对农村精神分裂症患者服药依从性及复发率的影响

目的对农村精神分裂症患者实施健康教育，观察其对患者的服药依从性及复发率的影响。方法收集来我院进行住院治疗的农村精神分裂症患者136例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各68例；观察组患者给予健康教育，对照组患者给予普通的护理。观察比较两组患者的服药依从性及其复发率。结果健康教育后观察组的复发率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。在健康教育前两组患者的服药依从性差异较小，无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而健康教育实施后第6个月和第12个月比较．观察组的服药依从性明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对农村精神分裂症患者实施健康教育使患者的服药依从性得以提高．疾病的复发率得以降低，可以在农村推广使用。

Clinical study of systematic health education on medication compliance and the recurrence rate in patients with schizophrenia in rural areas

Objective To give health education for patients with schizophrenia in rural areas and observe the patient’s medication adherence and relapse rates.Methods All of 136 patients with schizophrenia from rural areas selected in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 68 cases,observation group were given health education,control group were treated with ordinary care,observed and compared medication compliance and their recurrence rate in two groups.Results Recurrence rate of observation group after health education was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Medication compliance before health education of two groups had no significant statistical differences(P > 0.05),and after the implementation of health education 6 months compared with 12 months,medication adherence of observation group were better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Patients with schizophrenia in rural areas of health education to the patient’s medication compliance has improved,the disease recurrence rate is lower in rural areas to promote use.
